Four unavoidable errors in XIDIBEI sensor selection

When selecting the pressure sensor, we should consider its comprehensive accuracy. But what factors will cause the accuracy error? In fact, there are many error factors. Now we will note four unavoidable errors, which are the initial errors of the sensor.

1. Linear error: This is a factor that has little impact on the initial error of the pressure sensor. The reason for this error is the physical nonlinearity of the material. However, for the sensor with an amplifier, the nonlinearity of the amplifier should also be included. The linear error curve can be a concave curve or a convex curve load cell.
2. Offset error: Since the vertical offset of the pressure sensor remains constant throughout the pressure range, the change of converter diffusion and laser adjustment correction will result in offset error.
3. Sensitivity error: the error generated is proportional to the pressure. If the sensitivity of the equipment is higher than the typical value, the sensitivity error will be an increasing function of the pressure. If the sensitivity is lower than the typical value, the sensitivity error will be a decreasing function of the pressure. The error is caused by the change of diffusion process.
4. Hysteresiserror: In most cases, the hysteresiserror of the pressure sensor can be completely ignored. Generally, it is only necessary to consider the error when the pressure changes greatly.

These four errors of the pressure sensor are unavoidable. We can only choose high-precision production equipment and use high-tech to reduce these errors. We can also calibrate the error when leaving the factory to reduce the error as much as possible to meet customer needs.
